Zegler's smile at the Oscars looks like the same smile I give to customers who are sitting around chatting after the restaurant closed 30 minutes ago. Disney would've earned more respect if they just cut their losses and cancelled this movie several months ago, and maybe part of the reason they're still pushing forward is because they want it to fail to stop doing live actions, but I think they're also just trying to bank on people who have no idea about all the controversy going on (I know I live on the internet but a whole lot of people don't) still going to see it with their kids. Snow White is the first animated feature film from Disney and the foundation of their empire, and to watch them let it be trashed by all these casting and marketing decisions is infuriating.
