As far as sensitivity, about a month ago I almost started crying on the train just because of how loud it was! Haha. I was like WOW this is crazy.

I had a undeniable experience on Thanksgiving. I had an extreme high.
I could feel the energy just flowing from me. While i was feeling this way. My family started to change. One was incredibly hostile. The other was crying uncontrollably. And my Cousin was calm. He actually sat next to me. He said he’s glad I’m his cousin. He just was unusually friendly. I think the energy that was basically pouring out of me like a uncontrollable waterfall.
Changed everyone. I felt so connected I could feel my spirit fill up the room. I don’t know if that makes sense. But it’s hard to put into words. But I can’t think I’m special. Cause that leads to Ego.
I’m just an average human who has learned to tap into something beautiful.

I have gone in and out of experiencing off the charts sensitivity for years. In the past six months this sensitivity has been heightened again. Yes, time alone is necessary. To ground and to let go...It seems like being an empath these days at these times is a positive thing, more and more..whereas in the past, it may not have been as helpful to the world and to the universe. The sensitivity to other's energy can be really challenging at times. It is so easy to absorb other's energies..it just happens and there are ways we need to release other's energy to keep our balance. Yes! The Divinity we tune into in ourselves and others is a blessing and is such a joy and can be so blissful! Yes, the highs and lows have been such an integral part of this whole experience as well! I love the creative highs and the lows can be very challenging. Yes, the knowing, the intense knowing can be quite beautiful and amazing. The heightened perceptions are incredible at times! i was outside the train station tonight with my boyfriend having a cigarette, and a woman came over to me and asked me for a light. of course i gave her it, but i felt such a strange energy from her, and she looked at me like she wasn't just seeing me, but seeing everything i've suffered through too. she asked if i was sad and i replied no, just tired, but she said something and its kind of shook me up a little. she told me i'm a very sad person, and ive been through a traumatic childhood, and im still struggling with my circumstances now, and the main thing that's stuck in my head is that she told me i'm an empath. she said i see the world differently, i see the good in the best way, but i see the bad in the worst way. she said i can read other's emotions and i was put on earth to help others with my own experiences. and i guess i believe her. thats why im watching this so late, because before this encounter i'd never heard the word 'empath' before. idk if im just overreacting or if its true but i can reside and emote with what an empath is.
