Laura says "I hope this was helpful" after masterfully sharing a wealth of knowledge and experience. "Helpful" is an understatement ☺️
How did we ever garden successfully without you?! Thanks GA Team 💚

I noticed aphids on my milkweed plant, the stems were completely yellow and I started to go get the bug spray to get rid of them and then I remembered Laura saying that sometimes it is good to have a sacrificial plant for aphids. I stopped and looked closer and saw a few ladybugs so I knew I would not be spraying it. Today I looked and the stems are completely clean of aphids! Good job ladybugs! 🐞

I have learned to get my GA notebook be I start the video. This video got played twice with at least 15 stops. These favorites are my favorite videos. They save me a lot of dead plants. My zone 9 - 10 leaves very few choices. Today's temp of 115 is what makes it wise to listen to Laura's research. TY so much for all u do for us.
I'm patiently waiting for a mail time video.

I tired for years to grown bee balm, from seed & plants, they either didn't come up or died without blooming. The year I lost my mom they volunteered in my garden. I like to think they were a little message from my mom let me know she is thinking of me. This is the 3rd year they have come back. And I agree the smell is wonderful.

One thing I've learned about this channel over the years is that, and Laura is a perfect illustration of this, experience is knowledge.

Oh Laura how did my yard ever get started without you. Your information is always so helpful, thank you for that! You need to show that sweet baby girl more when the weather cools, she is so adorable.

This is one of my favorite types of your videos - this and the hour-long tours.
Perfect job - exactly why I joined this channel over a year ago.

Love videos like this where you share so much information! I had never heard of most of these before watching your videos a few years ago. Now I have many of them in my garden, and my neighbors are asking about them so I’m passing on things I’ve learned from you. Who knew gardening would become my retirement passion?!?! ❤️🌷🌸🌻

Finally some Coreopsis info!! Just planted some of these, without knowing much about them. First thing I did after I bought them was to see what you had to say about them, but I couldn't find anything!! So, I'm super happy to hear you recommend them and give some info!!! Love your channel, style, and just the amount of attention you pay to not only to your garden, but the quality of your videos!! You guys do a great job and it's no wonder y'all have been and are successful!! ❤❤

Love the look I get from having daylilies planted between my deck and the fence, gives a rustic look.

Thank you so much for how you include the names of the plants and the favorite varieties in 'more' section. This is SO helpful! I was excited yesterday because I found some "Laura" plants (Proven Winners) at Lowe's in the distressed section (that were not very stressed looking after I cut them back). My husband was not too keen on me buying more plants this year until I explained these are "Laura" plants and they are half price! So I got nine! Now to find a spot to plant them-lol! Thank you so much for all your videos. I feel so blessed to be able to watch such an informative gardening show - for free! Bless you Laura-and Aaron-for all the great content!

Hello Laura! I am happy to learn about more plants that love the sun because my garden has been a part-shade garden for so long. Now I have borders in my garden that are sunny, and I need to expand my sunny border plants. I planted 4 perennial hibiscus plants in my urban cottage garden, and I anticipate them blooming later on in the season. Thanks again. Have a great day!

Laura, I love videos like this, and I have most (but not all) of these already in my garden. After watching this, I need to watch it again, when I have time to stop the video, so I can write down the specific names of the plants I want for my garden.
