I really hoped he does some research before trying to loop Brunei, Malaysia and Indonesia policies together.
Yes these are Muslim populated but while Brunei has rigid rules like no Christmas decors etc, Malaysia with various religions and ethnicity celebrate that as one of their national public holidays.
And in Indonesia, you can get married and lived in one home practising your respective Christian or Islam beliefs if your spouse is of another religion. Malaysia meanwhile requires all marrying a Muslim to convert, if they are non-muslims.
Still, one cannot say what goes around on the ground unless you visited the place long enough or stay there.
So i really hoped he just isn't reading news or listening to certain quarters.

I would take a lot of salt in Clooney and Ellen's words because they as far as social media has dictated not been in Brunei and have not lived here for a prolonged period of time. Therefore should not be criticising a country that they have no prior knowledge of.
