Hi, all thank you for your support, likes and comments most of them are asking that has to light the stove yes sorry I didn't mention that during this process u have to light on stove.next you have to wash it water after throwing that stain water you have to clean it with water then follow the process .Thank you 😊

Use cast iron tawa for dosa. It requires regular seasoning but regular washing not required. Dosa will come out crispy & healthy.

The thing is the pan should not be so hot when we add the batter on it and sprinkling some water before helps... Once you add the batter u can put it on high flame same with all dosa's

If you are gonna scrub the nonstick pan with a metal spoon, the top teflon coating will peel off slowly. This causes dangerous side effects on health

Here she has shown the process of cleaning without scratching it with scrubber which also causes the dosa to stick. And just like her I prepare my iron tava with onion but I heat it sprinkle some water with little oil and rub it with onion till water evaporates and repeat the process one more time. Here many have commented about using egg which also works but not for the vegetarians.

No need to do any Just heat the pan....dont switch of the flame... Keep it glass water over hot You see bubbles and waste coming out from the pan.... Then immediately pour the water into the sink.... Repeat this 2-3 times.... The pan is ready to make dosa...❤

Cast iron: it needs medium to little high heat, and dosa batter should be medium thickness. You should keep changing the heat from medium to high again reduce the flame.. you can't keep constant heat.
Non stick: dont put oil on pan, medium heat, dosa batter should be light to medium thickness, if batter is too thick dosa doesn't come properly,
It depends on pan and dosa batter
