The little light with the seatbelt on it means KEEP YOUR SEATBELT FASTENED.

Guarantee you this “keep your seatbelts fastened at all times” will still be ignored by many people. 🤨

Turbulence over open ocean has to be one of the most terrifying things

Ummm....did you REALLY just say, "It's unclear how he got there?" Really. I think it pretty darn clear. 🤭🤕

I guess no one learned their lesson from watching the Singapore Airlines turbulence

I was in a plane once with really bad turbulance. It was sudden and quick that one passenger got thrown out of his seat and his head smash into the top of the plane. The pilot made an emergency landing in Buffalo and they took the guy out in a stretcher, with one of those spinal support braces. Every since then, I always have my seatbelt on, TIGHT

Three weeks ago a dude died breaking his neck on the ceiling and travelers still sit unbuckled.

Wear your seatbelts. I don't care about your safety. I just don't want you slamming into me.

I'd show this video at the beginning of each flight and add "And now don't fasten your seat belts if you don't want to".

Scary. I was a flight attendant for 18 years and never experienced anything close to this.

Translation: Guests ignored the seatbelt signals most do.

Soon there will be a disclaimer that airlines are not responsible for medical bills of passengers NOT wearing a seatbelt

Turbulence happens. Seatbelts are there for a reason...

Why do the media spot such inane statements?

What do you mean it’s unclear how he got stuck in the roof? Obviously, strong turbulence launched him into the baggage compartment. Why do reporters say stupid things??

I hope all the injured passengers heal well and heal quickly.

There have been a fair amount of these unexpected turbulence cases lately. It’s probably best to keep the seatbelts on. Head, neck, back and spine injures can leave lifelong injuries.
