If you think of governments as massive gangs who are barely affected by laws, you understand the world in general a lot better.

I used to live in Mexico and was a trafficker. The amount of corruption on both sides of the border is high. A fundamental difference between the U.S. and other countries (see: Mexico) is that we are a lot less transparent than other countries regarding our corruption. That's not to say our corruption level is the equivalent of Mexico's, however, it is to say that our level of corruption is considerably higher than I was conditioned to believe as a youth.

We don't have a justice system, we have a legal system. Big difference.

Andrew does such a good job of not challenging authority and not saying anything negative about authority, while at the same time looking for a new country to move to in a few years to escape that same authority.

Don't forget about Distric attorneys. They pick and choose the charges and cases to prosecute.

If people only knew how deep the rabbit hole really goes and what kind of monsters rule over us and tell us we're free .

I don't think waterboarding, throwing away civil rights (Covid-19 lockdowns), and engaging in an endless number of wars overseas are small matters.

Here in Portugal corruption is rampant. Its part of the culture unfortunately. A foreign independent firm analized the institutionalized corruption and came to the conclusion that the main culprits were the judges! That didnt surprise me.

His comments on judges are 100% correct, and the hardest thing to get people to realize

The lack of real world awareness "outside" of the internet. That's truly lacking in Society nowadays.

That last bit is something that keeps me up at night, making sure my kids never give up and never let the system win

This is why we should watch our politicians on both parties. To quote Jay Leno "Politics is showbusiness for ugly people".

It would be very nice if he talks about what CIA does outside of the country

Andrew hit the nail on the head with his last point. Success in the states is a war of attrition, the last man standing reaps the benefits. You have to consistently make good decisions over years to achieve success and people will ridicule you for it. Hence now a days, stealth wealth is top dog.

Forget the "outside our borders." I don't think most Americans realize how despicable things are INSIDE our borders.

Everything this dude saying is FACTS, people don't have that basic appreciation for the lives we have here in this country and start literal wars over NOTHING. I would agree

I get bent because every time i want to understand why we are doing something, its impossible to get past the propaganda to find the facts

South African brother in law " Canadians/Americans get into trouble abroad because they underestimate the depravity outside their culture" what is normal for him is borderline paranoia to us as there is always that caution present in most things he does in public, the guy nearly had a panic attack seeing a woman walking alone on a side walk in a public space at night non nonchalantly he was certain she was going to get attacked and raped.

We don't boycott animal testing because we're ignorant of the suffering outside our borders. We boycott animal testing because we are not ignorant of the prolonged and unnecessarry suffering it causes sentient beings, on a far worse level than anything the cartels can imagine. And unlike the cartels, we the people have the power to stop it.

As a Black American from the midwest who spent a lot of time in South Florida this guy is right. I am despised by people, my mere presence would stop conversations, they knew.
