Maria Callas, the world's greatest opera singer, lives the last days of her life in 1970s Paris, as she confronts her identity and life.

Maria is a 2024 biographical psychological drama film about opera singer Maria Callas. It is directed by Pablo Larraín, written by Steven Knight, and is an international co-production between Italy, Germany and the United States. The film stars Angelina Jolie in the title role, along with Pierfrancesco Favino, Alba Rohrwacher, Haluk Bilginer, and Kodi Smit-McPhee in supporting roles.

on 31st of October 2023 i saw her shooting a scene in Budapest, realtanoda street. i was walking out of my building to start my day in the morning and there she was in a classic blue car. i waved and jumped screaming " Angelina Jolie" and she waved back while laughing.
Then again in the afternoon, i watched her from my window as she walked back to the car wearing big glasses and a long light brown jacket. i could barely recognize her in this look. It was one of the days where life felt like a dream and i know I'm gonna love this film since I'm a big fan of Opera. She was so kind and amazing.

It looks good. Sometimes she has too much of her villain voice but looks good. I'll watch it. I just wish she were back with Billy Bob. They were meant to be together in my eyes at least.

Her acting in such movies is more suited at the theatre stage, there is too much posing with her head held high, more like she is posing for a magazine photoshoot in every scene. Jolie 's acting talent only shines when she is doing action films
