Orange cranberry loaf

Orange Cranberry loaf!!

It’s the cranberry season. And this loaf is perfect for a cold christmasy breakfast.
Ingredients:
🎄egg -1
🎄vegetable oil-1/4 cup
🎄vanilla essence-1 tsp
Mix it together
🎄Sugar -1 cup
🎄 orange zest
🎄Fresh orange juice-1/2 cup
🎄Milk-1 cup
🎄Yogurt- 1/4 cup
Mix together
🎄All purpose flour-1 1/2 cup
🎄Baking powder- 1 tsp
Mix them gently
Add 2 tbsp of flour and coat the cranberries before adding them to the mix.
🎄Cranberries
Pour the mixture in to a loaf pan and bake it 170C/338f for about 50-55 minutes.
I added the icing and some cranberries on the top.
