Do your own muffin papers by cutting squares of parchment and cutting the middle of each side halfway in. Place over hole in pan and use a glass to push to bottom and overlap sides.

You can use all butter instead of half oil or all oil. It makes a world of difference. They are still moist but not greasy! Amazing muffins. 7:47

I've made a similar recipe like this but in CAKE FORM!!! The frosting is sooo delicious and is not cream cheese frosting, it was GOAT CHEESE FROSTING!! I hope u make an Orange an' Cranberry Cake with Goat Cheese Frosting with a touch of cranberry sauce an' a kiss of cinnamon! Happy Holidays John!
