I'm a rough, burly, surly old man, and this, quite frankly, brought me to tears. Couldn't help it. Long after Alex Boye became Internationally famous, he came to our tiny little town nestled in the tops of the Rocky Mountains, and performed an all-acoustic concert, with just him and one guitar player. Before the concert, I wondered why someone like him would make the effort to come all the way up here just to sing to the handful of people in our small town. Then, while watching his performance, I realized that this guy just loves to sing, and he truly understands the power of live music and its ability to make people feel good, whether singing for 20, 000 people, or 2, 000. I was so impressed with him both as a singer and as a person. He made such a personal connection with all of us that night, and then stayed around after the show to shake the hand of every single person in that auditorium. Later, I found out that he didn't even get paid to be there. He did the whole show just to raise funds for someone else in need. What a truly remarkable and decent human being.

I am not a Mormon, but I listen to this great Mormon Choir and the love expressions to this great colored singer with only love and no look about color from people, no signs of racism or hate, only pure love! I'm colored too and discriminated in my youth.. As I watch the people of the huge Mormon Choir and the Mormon community, I only want to say: RESPECT for The Mormon Church and all the followers from the Mormon community in the USA and all over the world! Thank you so much Mormon Choir and the Mormon Community ! 5 Stars of respect! ☆☆☆☆☆

I am not a Mormon, but When i listened to the 190th General Assembly, i love the messages, so inspiring and moreso the Tabernacle Choir. As I continued searching for more from the choir, i am so amazed with the testimony and songs by Alex Boye. God bless us all amidst the present situation.

I never heard a Tabernacle choir. I never heard their music or their work and faith.

Alex Boyé opened that door. I know how good they are at what they do. Their talent, music and their dedication placed them in a Hall of Fame in all the good sense.

The likes of Alex Boye and Gladys Knight are are great blessing to this generation. It is always awesomely awesome when one uses his/her talent to the glory of God (the giver of the talent)and awakening in fellow man. I am a lover of music, hymns and gospel music in particular. Music speaks volumes!!❤❤❤

I know I'm an atheist and will be, but I have to confess that I alway have had a great respect for mormons and I admire their faith.
Thanks for giving me a chance to listen to this hallowed and gracious hymn.
La musique est une langue universelle que tous les hommes devraient apprendre sur cette terre et arrêter de se faire la guerre.
Thank you.

This reminds me of being a child in the church, and the beautiful voices that sang gods word..the beauty, the uplifting heart warming feeling that I felt every time I heard the church sing..this is what I needed today, this made my day so much better.

What is beautiful? Pure, unconditional love. It is love that is the greatest of all good things. It is love that makes us cry while watching this video. God bless this man, this choir and us....brothers and sisters, all.

At the end of the video, for some reason I had a flash back to 1978. So many things happened that year both in and out of the church. As you may recall, that summer brought a new revelation from the first presidency. All worthy men were to be ordained into the priesthood. Shortly after the announcement, we talked to some family members who told us their good friend Joseph Freeman was to be the first African American to receive the keys of the holy priesthood. We all reveled in the moment of excitement.

Brother Alex Boye, we all revel in this moment and to share many more moments in your future standing side by side with your sweet bride and your children.

May Adonai bless and keep your sweet family forever. In the name of Jesus Christ. Amen
