Back in late 2018/early 2019 I was researching coffee machines. Even though I'm in Australia and WLL is predominantly for the US market, I found the information and the reviews on the channel absolutely invaluable. The Synchronika at the time just received it's PID upgrade to get to 2bar of stream pressure. After watching every review on WLL and doing all the reading on forums I could - I decided to buy an ECM Synchronika from the local distributer here in Australia. 100% no regrets. It is a bulletproof workhorse that hasn't missed a beat yet. It looks like a work of art in the kitchen and is a display peice as well as one of the best home coffee machines you can buy.

Had one now over 3 yrs and a titan.
Also plumbed in with the bwt water system.
Flow control.
No matter what you see on any video you can do it on this machine.
And it's been trouble free so far.
I would recommend to anyone.

Such a great machine, we've had it for about 6 months in Anthracite black and it's been the perfect machine. We've had a number of events we've used it for, some of which were fairly large, and this thing barely slowed down, especially with the 2 bar steam pressure update. Absolutely love it!

Looking for a machine for a pop up coffee cart for events and weddings. Looking for input and thoughts on how the synchronika would perform in a medium/high demand environment, with around 100-150 espresso drinks in up to 2.5 hr sessions.

Nice presentation. These machines are built to last. Here in the UK I am still using my ECM Giotto.

I'm very happy with my ECM Synkronika that I bought from WLL last summer. My previous machine was a La Spaziale Dream T, so this one is a bit more manual, but I have it plumbed in with the BWT system I bought with it. I had some initial problems with the installed flow control and opened it up to find the o-rings were deteriorated. WLL was out of stock on them at the time, but provided the original mushroom valve upon my request. I know have the o-rings for the flow control, but I am getting such good shots using line-pressure pre infusion, that I haven't actually reinstalled the flow control yet. The support team at WLL has been great with that one issue and any questions I had about plumbing the machine.

I have a Synchronika that’s 2 years old. It makes great espresso & it looks great. I have a couple issues….if I don’t get my drip tray perfectly lined up, I get a little water underneath my machine when I go to empty it. When I turn off the shot, the back flush makes a mess. My machine, came in at 10 bars. No big deal I was able to adjust it. So, other than that it’s great. I just don’t think my drip tray is correct, especially for how much the machine is. I wouldn’t mind having those wood accessories though!! Thanks
