I see different equipment ( sticks, etc.). Which should I get, especially with a bunion on my right big toe which definitely effects my running gait? Thanks

Thanks for all your great videos! I got your book and ordered an earlier iteration of your wobble board 5 or 6 years ago. About 2 years ago, my son tried the wobble board. He tried a few of your exercises, but for a short time. In the days after, this caused him great pain. He can't recall the details specifically, but he believes it was arch/bottom of the foot pain that took some time and a number of stretches from a PT to fix.

Now, years later he is 15, running cross country, focused on form and watching your videos. He wanted me to ask you if you have any thoughts on why these exercises might have cause him so much pain. He is intrigued to try them again, but he is apprehensive remembering what happened before.

I know this is a bit vague, but any thoughts you have would be appreciated.

Hey Eric, I’ve recently begun forefoot striking for about a year, but I realized that because of it my knees now hurt a lot, and it got to the point where I had to sit out of my cross country season for a couple weeks until it healed. But even now I have to wear a band to stop my knees from hurting. Will doing those exercises fix the problem?
