medicine in Italy is great. Just be prepared for boring lectures from boring professors for the first few years. The first weeks are amazing until you wake up and realize you have to listen to Marco talk about cell receptors AGAIN. But hey its cheap and you can retake exams infinitely. Also the infrastructure and nature are amazing so yea totally recommend.

I'm from Nigeria actually, but yeesh Medical school is super expensive in the US, I got into Howard for BS/MD but ended up going to AUSOM In Curacao since it was a cheaper option. After 2 years in Curacao, I'll be going for my clinical rotation years in the US. It's a dream come true( and I never got an undergrad degree first ). I don't mind sharing how I got in, if this inspires someone to check out MD at AUSOM in Curacao 😊

Wait wait wait, this is actually pretty cool. I think once I confirm that I can't go to medical school here because my re sit grades were awful and thus my predicted grades are awful thus medical schools will reject regardless of re sits in 2022, then I might consider italy.

I have a question please. So, when applying to italian universities eu students can list the schools in order of preference, but I read that non-eu students can only “apply to one university for one academic year”. What do they mean by that? No back up schools? And the one year part?

one place to consider applying for med is ireland, UCD and Trinity College Dublin require you to sit a test like ucat/bmat
