INGREDIENTS:
1/2 lb ground pork
Salt and garlic powder, to taste
1/2 can diced spam
1/2 cup diced onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 carrot, julienned
6 (7 oz) bags of chow fun
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp mirin
3-4 tbsp oyster sauce
1 cup bean sprouts
1-2 tsp sesame oil
3 sprigs green onions, sliced

DIRECTIONS:
1.) Heat up a wok or a large pan on medium-high heat and add 1 tbsp cooking oil. Add ground pork and season with salt and garlic powder. Cook for 3-5 min or until brown. Add the spam and cook for 1-2 min.
2.) Add onions and garlic and saute until onions are translucent. Next, add carrots and cook for 1 minute.
3.) Add the chow fun noodles. Drizzle soy sauce, mirin, and oyster sauce. Mix to separate the noodles.
4.) Throw in the bean sprouts. Mix and cook for 1-2 minutes.
5.) Add sesame oil and green onions. Toss it all together.
