I didn’t feel sorry for him tbh. Dude made the choice to abandon his kid (even if he didn’t love the mother anymore) and now regrets it. If he didn’t do it he wouldn’t have had to regret it and beg for forgiveness. Funniest thing about it is the guy he left for couldn’t even stay alive to be with him. So it was literally just all for nothing and he’s truly alone.
