As a survivor of deep depression as teen and in my early 20s I just wanna say this song is such motivation and hit me so hard it actually made me cry because every word and every emotion came right back to exactly how I felt back then when I had no1 to turn to when I discovered myself... It's the worst because even though u have friends, u don't have that one best friend to tell them the truth about yourself and all the pain u are going through, I just wanna say if u are suffering from depression, anxiety or panic attacks or anything please seek help... Ur not weak for wanting help, it's your life is important and u do have people who love u and care for u and wanna see u be better ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

This is so wholesome and sweet, we love a good supporting mom. For anybody who has ever felt like this, I know you have heard this so much but, never feel weak or guilty for asking for help. If you really need it before it gets bad or to late then just ask. It is not going to be easy and it will most likely be one of the hardest things you will ever have to do. Once you ask for help you will begin the recovery process. You are way stronger than you think and so loved. For me I had to find that one thing that kept me going whenever I felt so helpless and lonely and 4 years later I am a WAY better me than I was. It took 4 years but I can say I am happier than I ever thought I would be. I am somewhere I never thought I would be. You got this!! Keep your head up, and know when nobody else is in your corner and evreybody gave up on you, I am still here even if you do not know me. Just take it day by day and rember it gets better!! <3
