When you have a game backlogged so long that a remake releases

Such an underrated channel. Love how you guys are always quick to review the more niche titles, as well as being so comprehensive while not spoiling anything. Even the AAA reviewers can’t get it right sometimes. Really hope you guys blow up

Bro. Thank you! This is probably the most honest review I’ve read/viewed. I had Layers of Fear on the Switch, but I didn’t play it very long since it was gritty and looked muddy at times. I’m a horror/sci-fi fan and I prefer games like Visage, Madison, Martha is Dead, etc. I own all of them, but never played Layers. I had already bought it for GP to add to my collection. I couldn’t find any positive reviews about this game. I can’t even find it on Twitch to stream. I have to use the original’s profile. I’m not saying me, but 🍄 are usually consumed before playing these games and after your review, I think it’s just right for the vibe. Because the person who is not me was looking for something a lil trippy and I decided to wait and be sure it was legit so they are not wasted on a dull game. I like the whole presentation you provided. You provided the visuals along with why these things matter for the atmosphere. After your video, I knew it was the one.😅 I’m also all about the realism of the game. I saw all I needed to see to convince me to give this game a chance. Good job dude! You actually put some effort into your review. I respect that.

layers of fear 2 is one of the worst games I ever played. Like a ghost ride in a childrens theme park a massive downgrade on the first game. So hard for me to go back to this franchise

Only played the first one, and liked large parts of it. Never played the second one, sounds like a good way to bridge the overall story togethe. How was the fps on console ?

I actually love the idea of the game playing out in a new order. I thought it was going to be a cash grab and I honestly forgot it was coming out. Thanks for reminding me this existed and convincing me to actually get it.
