DFS Has many Foster homes that are just as badd and nothing's being done about that with those children that are in the Foster care system. Not all Foster homes are like that let me make that clear but there are many in the Foster care system that have these abuse issues.
That's one area that should be looked atus CPS DFS and all the Foster homes there in and what goes on in them they should be monitored much more closely.
