Day 9 of 30 Days of Healthy & High-protein Breakfast Meal Prep Recipes: Raspberry Chocolate Baked Oats😍 These baked oats are fudgy, chocolaty and so yummy, they taste like having healthy chocolate cake for breakfast! They contain about 26g protein per serving!

Ingredients for four servings:
2 cups (gluten free) oats (4.8 dl)
2 bananas
4 eggs
4 tablespoons unsweetened cacao powder
4 teaspoons baking powder
2 cups milk of choice (4.8 dl)
3 scoops (vegan) chocolate protein powder

topping:
1 cup raspberries (2.4 dl)

1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth
2. Pour into greased glass containers. Top with raspberries
3. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees / 350 in Fahrenheit for 20 - 25 minutes

I made this and I didnt have milk so I used greek yogurt and it was so amazing! It tasted like cheesecake

Literally made this within 30 minutes of seeing the video. DELICIOUS - just a note, it’s not very sweet so if you’re expecting a very sweet pie, I suggest adding some sweeteners of your choice.

I Skipped proteinpowder and noticed when the cake was done there should have been more honey in it to be sweeter. I chopped dark Chocolate and had in the batter, so it was good although 😍🍃🦋
