I'm with you in hoping Super Switch is backwards compatible... And can improve the performance of EXISTING games. I might even pick up the Batman Games (ugh!)

I just want to point out that Risk of Rain 1 and 2 are both 75% off, at least in the US region. Solid pickups for anyone interested in roguelike shooters/platformers

My daughter is two months old and we use the Moonlighter music for her bath time, it's just so relaxing!

If you plan on spending time with your family over the next few weeks/months/years then do not buy Hogwarts Legacy, Dragon's Dogma, Cozy Grove, Moonlighter or ANY of the Sherlock Homes games (Devil's Daughter is rather good and often part of a bundle that will see you through till Christmas 2025).

I picked up Fragrant Story for £1.75 a tactics RPG which wears it's FfTactics influences on it's sleeve. Great game and the developer works as non profit. Highly recommended!

Has the performance of Eiyuden Chronicle been fixed for the Switch version?

I can't wait to jump into a new game I'm 145 hours into Trails Through Daybreak (Masterpiece, but could have done with being shorter). I'm making my way up towards the end. "7" chapters. A lot of people mention there are 5 chapters, but the "intermission" between 4 and 5 is as long as the other chapters and the "Finale" is arguably the longest chapter in the game. The backlog is calling, and I'm not sure I'll even get to Zelda before Metaphor drops.

New games I've bought are Bloomtown and Beyond Galaxyland and think they're fantastic. I've also (finally) picked up Children of Morta - wow, gorgeous game!
