My god, I love the atmosphere of TNO universe. The feeling of a dying flame of a hope for freedom. The way the fascist juggernauts are shown - powerful, evil and unstoppable, shaping entire continents to their will. The political intrigues, with all the factions vying for power and domination over the Reich. The depth and complexity of the mod. The neon aesthethic. All the cinematic superevents, hell, even the eye-rotting UI is great. This mod is truly something.

German Civil War Battle Royale, now with updated Goering soldat skins

My idea for Polish focus tree: in an event of German victory against Warsaw Uprising, there should be three political options:
- Burgundian system, in which you purge huge amounts of Polish population and invite into your country Germans that are trying to escape the civil war. Choosing this option will eventually result in a second, weaker uprising, as well as an Ukrainian revolt in the east.
- Continued nazi occupation, something between the burgundian system and the third (In my opinion most interresting) option. Will allow you to join a side in German civil war to support and eventually you'll get peacefully puppeted by them, but you'll still have to deal with an Ukrainian uprising.
- The final, authoritarian democratic option, is Schindler's coup. Basically, Oscar Schindler persuades, threatens or bribes German leadership that unless they allow him to lead and change occupation of Poland to be less hostile, resistance will never end. In this case, you'll have to balance between two sides with your policies to avoid angering Germans (Which would result in an SS revolt in the west) or Polish (Which could result in a revolt of factory workers). You'll still have to deal with Ukrainian uprising, but peacefull resolution will be possible.

The third option would be in my opinion most interresting, because it would allow you to explore an interresting historical person while choosing a path that defines him in this timeline: political manipulator, hedonist, succesfull businessman, or Europe's greatest humanitarian and savior of many lives?

When I first got into Hoi4 mods, I thought Kaiserreich was dark. The thought of a world where Imperial Germany remained, using the puppets of Eastern Europe, but being the good guy overall compared to the Syndicalists, who undoubtably committed numerous war crimes and other horrible things, was incredibly dark. Not to mention the 2ACW, which in itself, is a dark thought.
But then I came across The New Order.
And then Kaiserreich seemed more like a light-hearted comedy and everything in it was sunshine and rainbows.
