Wow really helpful tips 👍🏻 I didn't know we cannot use abbreviations or phrasal verbs in essays. But for example if I want to use the well-known abbreviation USA should I keep using United States of America every single time I want to mention it? Or just use (It) to prevent repeating the name of the country over and over ?

Well i just write and use my english with intuition and it most of the time is correct.
