Drone footage shows destruction in Gaza during 100 days of war

Israel kept up bombardments in the Gaza Strip on Sunday, vowing to press ahead with its offensive to destroy the Islamist movement Hamas as the war approaches the 100-day mark with no end in sight.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Israel would not be deterred by a case before the International Court of Justice in The Hague, where it is fighting accusations that the campaign in Gaza amounts to genocide.

Some current IDF operations in 'the north' are winding down, does that mean the reconstruction crews will be moving in? Troops that take the rubble (1st big international contract) so all pieces are smaller than 3" pit-run that are then turned it into 'new quake' proof buildings or in the roads between modern buildings, that arrive in prefab form, so assembly is as fast as possible?
Might I suggest the subway and underground utilities be placed before any 'surface work' begins that is 'reconstructive' in nature.
China would be the ones to call for a 7-mile island that is where the NG as well as becoming an international port (sealed containers from China only) as well as an international airport. (passport free entry to Gaza, Israel might have a different set of parameters)
