I'm all for using frameworks to ease the job, but damn, bootstrap is 200KB minified. On top of that you have jQuery and Tether. I don't even want to think of how big the page load is.

When we use CDN, the reboot.css come's with it or shall we've to separately include.

If I want to link a seperate style sheet where do I  put it on the index.html doc in relation to the getting started cdn code from the bootsrap website?
