Insider 'Confirms' PlayStation Event Is Days Away, Ghost Of Tsushima Directors Cut Revealed, Studios

Today we have more PlayStation news and information to cover starting with Sony revealing Ghost Of Tsushima Directors Cut for PS5 and PS4. We are getting a new expansion as well as a native PlayStation 5 port. Sony has acquired another studio and it seems they plan to announce more soon. Bluepoint Games is likely one of those studios. We have an "insider" claiming that the PlayStation event is for sure happening and it's just a matter of days at this point. We are going over some interesting things that Hideo Kojima is seemingly teasing and talking about on his Twitter. Finally we have another multi-platform game that seems to be performing better on the PS5 compared to the Xbox Series X. Considering how long both of these consoles have been out now and the supposed "power gap", this is somewhat surprising to see.

Nixxes made the PS4 versions of the following games: Avengers, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, Rise of the Tomb Raider, Deus Ex Mankind Divided.

I think its funny how happy all these 'game journos/influencers' and xbox fanboys seem to be about gamepass...but are constantly telling playstation fans what they should or shouldn't buy...if gamepass is as good as they preach, and games should all be cheap or free, then what's the problem? It should work itself out right? Or will this ghost of Tsushima dlc still sell gangbusters?

I think this dlc will be a massive hit, just like the game was at $60 with no rental service option

Sony are dropping big things before their event! 14 minutes of Horizon Forbidden West in May and Death Stranding and Ghosts Of Tsushima director cuts.

They've obviously got some big announcements up their sleeve

I'm guessing PlayStation want to reveal the Blue Point acquisition along with the next game they are working on.

I am Pro PlayStation but I am shocked that Sony is charging us a $30 upgrade for Ghost of Tsushima. We should get the PS5 upgrade for FREE with the option to pay $30 for the DLC - extra story mission a la Final Fantasy 7 Intergrade. This is unacceptable. We as gamers should call them out on this. Wether or not this is our console of choice.

And BTW the price point talk is as per usual fake outrage against PlayStation. Nintendo is charging almost the same for a handful of DLC characters, yet literally nobody is complaining about it. Looking forward to GoT.

Yeah no. Paid 70 for returnal and ratchet and no regrets. I will not pay 10 more for the same game as the ps4, can you imagine making a pc game DLC £20 to run on a 1080card but £30 if you have a 3090rtx card
