I think I’ve had my ka-bar dozer Hunter for eight years. Use it every day. Skinned a lot of cat fish. Still hasn’t rusted.Blade hasn’t chipped. Handle and pocket clip are still intact everything still works fine. What a great little knife. Really I don’t think you could beat it for $20!

Just picked up a Ruger/CRKT Hollow Point +P Ken Onion design from Walmart on clearance for $9 !! Thought it would be a cheap knife but boy was I wrong. It's heavy but in good way, makes it feel like it can handle any task. It's a flipper and found endless enjoyment of the smooth opening deployment. Only drawback is the pivot screw needs a lil blue loctite to keep it from backing out from all the smooth flipping.

Nice selection of affordable knives, thanks for sharing. No matter what else I haul around for EDC, I have carried an older version of the Victorinox Classic SD in my pocket everyday since 1992. I use it daily and would never let it go.

I only like fixed blade, and carry two CRKT minimalist bowie style. One on my belt that I use as a tool, one around my neck that I never use, dedicated for self defense

Good video man. As I have gotten into the knife addiction I have moved towards the higher end knives. This video does give me some options for gifts for my brother in law ect. The Kershaw shuffle tanto is very eye catching.

Bought an Ontario Utilitac from Knife Center for less than $20! Knife is extremely well made and the performance is outstanding. Wish I had bought three of them.

I think it is really amazing how nice some of these are for so little. I always like to have a few less expensive options for travel and other situations where loss is more likely.

Pro Tip, try to find the Victorinox SD in TSA lots of Ebay. Much cheaper and can be gifted for extra ones bought.

Very nice selection of budgets. I, too, like them all, and i happen to own a Dozier, among the most used of my small collection. I also own a SAK Pioneer Alox, a little larger than the one you show, but still very compact, and it goes where I go -always.

Great list! The victorinox classic sd would probably be my go to on a super budget. The crkt squid is also a solid choice for 20 bucks if you havent checked it out!

I own a Kershaw Shuffle and a Victorinox classic SD. Both great, inexpensive knives that I carry daily.

Victorinox Classic blade will do 90% of any ‘office’ cutting. It’s scissors are great for misc. use & personal care. The nail file is actually useful for nail touch-ups. Plus it has the toothpick and tweezers. The tweezers are marginal, but still useful.

The Kershaw Shuffle is available in a drop point. I wish I had bought one instead of the Tanto version like you show.

Cold Steel tuff Lite AUS 8A steel. $27.00 The best deal at an amazing price on Amazon.
AUS 8A is razor sharp out of the box. In my opinion is the right knife at an affordable price.

The Ruger CRKT blade looks like they stole the design from Protech but I like it. My favorite budget brand is the Ganzo Firebird line. Many come in below $20. And many a few bucks more. I like G10 scales on knives so the work well for me.
