Thanks for the wonderful video. I'm curious if you ever looked up / found the metaphor to the potter's wheel?

Shinzen has a Stephanie on one shoulder and the Critic on the other. Paradox!

Many... years of medical research at the HeartMath Institute in Boulder Creek, California, have shown that our brain is an extension of the heart and the heart has its own intelligence. Half the cells in the heart are neurons, or nerve cells--the same type of cells that are in our brain. (Jaqui Neurauter) continued in next post

@Shinzen Videos - Stepanie leads an ohm session and some of the adventurous participators actually sing weird harmonies and they are unexpected and perfect. You know this is a good idea. I expect a video soon, kids. Ohm.

So once upon a time there was a genius named Brian Eno who is British (and sounds like it) and Brian is so well loved that he has to ride a bicycle to avoid his entourage! "Brothers from another mother" said Shinzen Young's most ardent fan to Shinzen and Shinzen thought, "wtf?" and the fans decided to bring the two dudes together! More later...(help me somebody!)...

The heart is very important and part of the physiological equation and I feel the most important. The heart in heart transplant does NOT reconnect to the nervous system...how does it function? The heart pumps on it's own. The science of Embryology has really shown how we develop and the nervous system does not show up until about 17 days into the whole "shaping". And what comes first are heart cells then the heart before the brain...

The heart starts beating in an unborn fetus before the brain is formed, and it has its own independent nervous system. The heart doesn't need to be connected to the brain in order to beat, as demonstrated in heart transplants.

and yes the heart sends out far stronger signals then the brain...I find that the Science of the "heart" and the science of Embryology are critical to a more Holistic view of what it's all about.

This is now being done but with association to ADHD. 🎉

But its now well known the heart sends more infor to the brain than the opposite...
