Im indebted to the man. He was an inspirational guy, and now i even today at 25yrs old, i follow him. I was 13 when i got seriously into fitness and i thank the channel for the help and follow alongs. Which allowed me to creat my own routines.

People talked mess, but he always preached “healthy” habits and his workouts helped me shred down for the military. His workouts helped me more than football did for fitness when I was in high school. The fact that he’s still in the fitness industry shows his longevity that most other influencers don’t have.

That’s how anyone get popular nowadays. Post clickbait or something controversial then get followers and they see that work so they start doing it all the time. Even if the content is actually good content they post a clickbait title so people will watch.
