I’m a constitutional conservative and in my opinion the biggest problem in the country is a result of the federal government disregarding the 10th amendment. The 10th amendment is the most important amendment regarding separation of federal and state powers, and the federal government has consistently violated that amendment, using racial fears, economic fears, crime fears, and military fears as the excuses. I want to see a push to either amend the constitution to implement things like the EPA, CIA, and other regulatory and enforcement agencies, or a complete removal of them. Also go through every federal law, find the unconstitutional laws and either amend the constitution to implement those laws, or get rid of them.
