I was waiting to see the doctor along with 3 others when I heard a man say, excuse me ma’am, would you like to lose weight? I looked up in shock that someone could be so bold. His wife finally spoke up and said yes, I had really given up hope that I would ever lose weight and keep it off. I always felt tired and my body ached most of the time. I tried pretty much everything and would lose weight but gain it right back over and over. I had read about apple cider vinegar drinks and even tried a couple but I hated the taste and didn’t stick with them. Then a new coworker was telling me about a similar recipe that she said taste good and she lost a lot of weight.
She also said it is important to drink it every night and not skip any nights ever.
I made it that night and it really did taste good so I knew I could stick with it. Before brushing my teeth and going to bed I drank it. I set my phone alarm to repeat every night just before bedtime so I would not forget. I really didn’t notice a difference the first week then suddenly my clothes fit better, I had more energy, and my joints didn’t ache as much. Within about a month everyone was noticing a difference and asking me about it. I kept drinking it and it was like the weight just slowly melted away. I didn’t even change how I ate.

Weight loss recipe: 1 cup unsweetened 100% apple juice, 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar. Drink before brushing teeth just before bed. Don’t skip any nights!

—use a straw! This sends the beverage to the back of your mouth and helps protect your teeth. You can also chew sugar-free gum after drinking to help clean your teeth and promote the production of saliva.
Avoid apple cider vinegar products that require lots of chewing (like acidic gummies). And do not brush your teeth directly before or after drinking apple cider vinegar. Instead, wait for about half an hour. When you brush, be gentle (not too abrasive), use fluoridated toothpaste, and do not use a hard toothbrush.
