We all need to remove one thing or another from time to time so in this video I will show you how I do what I do and the tools I use..
Now please remember there are a million ways to do everything so this is just what works for me but the bottom line is every real estate photographer needs to know what the tools are and how to use them and I urge everyone to play around on your own and soon you will see just how easy it is to remove objects in Photoshop.

The ethical question on real estate photography: were do you draw the line between cleaning up clutter in the scene and modifying the property? You cleaned up the junk from the dresser but also some ugly molding that was part of the property. I suppose it depends on the local laws what you can and cannot do.
