Somni Lucid Dreaming Mask Review: Have They Finally Done It?

I am learning how to lucid dream I think I am closer this week I had a dream every day

There is a lucid dream mask called the "Nova Dreamer" and I bought it over 30 years ago and it does all those things you mentioned and more with the same technology. A few years back I bought another dream mask called the "Rem Dreamer" with similar technology, but with some slight improvements over the "Nova Dreamer". The "Somni Lucid Dreaming Mask" is actually a bad design with that bulky eye-sensor on the outside of the mask; the two dreaming masks that I previously described have the miniature eye-sensor on the circuit board.

hey, so I have a question:
If I have a nightmare, should I still write it down in my dream journal, or try to forget it?

it seems a bit uncomfortable with actual ear buds and the box, seems like they could integrate smaller internal speakers around the band and smaller sensors but seeing as this was 3 years ago I imagine the technology has come a ways sense then

Hey i've got a question. Do you have any tips on remembering to write down your dreams/remember them longer? I often wake up in the morning and it takes me a few minutes to remember to write my dreams down. i usually have something more immediate that I need to do (drink water, use the restroom) and within moments i forget my dream, or I cannot tell if what I remember was actually what happened in my dream or if it is what I thought I dreamt of. Thanks!

I had the first ever lucid dream for some minutes, the place was a futuristic purple cyberpunk city, it was breathtaking and when I was about to fly, my mom woke me up :(

If someone wants to know if they are able to receive any signals without buying this mask, there is an app called Sleep as Android which also tracks REM sleep and plays sound (by default voice saying "You are dreaming"). You can check if that works for you.

Just had my first lucid dream tonight it lasted like 3 seconds I was standing and looking at my hand I poke my hand it went throo my hand like it was nofing then I woke up I think I got to exited😅😁

I'm having all types of problems with wild I really want to learn the techque I want to do it while I'm faling asleep for the first time in the night or as a lucid nap is there something you guys have done that made it easier

Lately I’ve been doing reality checks in my dream and have been lucid dreaming but it is not vivid at all. Am I close to a real lucid dream? Any tips?

Hey, I been trying to lucid dream for about a month now, and I keep running across the same problem of just not being aware that I’m dream. It’s like I’m having very vivid dreams and I’m very conscious and I’ve been using the how to lucid app but when it comes to actually being in a dream, everything goes out the window and I’m on autopilot watching my dream. Any suggestions would help ? Thanks

Anyone please reply, when i lucid dream i am not able to control anything and when i blink, it wakes me up but how i can resist blinking as it is a natural process.
