The thing with this mask is that it can cause nightmares or even sleep paralysis because seeing red light suddenly might shock you but then again entering a lucid dream through a sleep paralysis makes the lucidity much greater

I’m one of the few who can lucid dream whenever. I’ve been doing it since I remember. When I had scary dreams, I would change them up. Very fun and entertaining. 😊
