This piece of music is called "Blues da un Americano a Parigi" by the italian Henghel Gualdi, who wrote a "solo" variation on the original theme from "An american in Paris" by G. Gershwin.
Henghel Gualdi was an amazing clarinet virtuoso and a great composer aswell! You should check him out!

Omg I've been following this guy on yt for a while now, and he is AMAZING. His version of Debussys Premiere Rhapsodie is incredible. He's what I aspire to be as a Clarinetist.

At measure 6, C# and D# should be notated as flat. There are two reasons for this. The first reason is to avoid the augmented second interval of the melody, and the second reason is that it is b9 and #9 which are resolve downward.
