Nothing like a hot bowl of soup on a cold snowy day. Enjoy your soup and stay warm.

Man! Brian you made that soup look good. Nothing like just staying in and hibernating on a day like that. Comfort food, relax and stay warm. Thanks for sharing

Gotta love a spring snowstorm…dumps tons of much needed moisture and it generally disappears quickly. In Colorado we get them often…dumps 12” and next day is 70. Only downside is it can cause a lot of tree limbs damage but it’s all Mother Nature. Love it!

I like seeing snow when I'm not in it. The soup looked good. Thank you for sharing your travels. ☮️

That place is a hidden gem! I stayed at the site where that transit van was parked on Jan. 1-2 this year. I hope you had some clear sky at some point while you were there. The views are amazing! I will be back to do some more exploring of that area.

I bought a pressure cooker, when you think of a pressure cooker, you think of a large pot. I didn't realize they had them for one to two persons. Will work great for in the van because of the time element. Using it at home to test it out. Thanks for the tip!

Enjoy it. Good to see you smiling. I would just sit back and relax and watch it from the windows. Be careful out there and look forward to the next video.

BRIAN My fridge doesn't keep some things for very long. So I have been using celery seed for my soups other things. Look for it where the spices are kept. That way I at least have the flavor of celery. It tastes the same. I do miss the texture of celery though.

That’s shorts and shirtsleeve weather in Minnesota!😂

One of your old videos showed that Hawkins pressure pot. I stopped the video and bought one. They are so nice for cooking quick and using a little fuel. Glad you showed it on that video.

Very helpful, Brian. Thanks! A tablespoon of flour mixed with a tablespoon of fat (olive oil, butter, bacon grease, schmaltz, etc.) would produce a gravy instead of a broth. No right or wrong, just a suggestion.

Land of Enchantment. That looks cold. Halloween 1991 we got 28 inches and Duluth got 37 inches. Little know it is 20 below zero or colder leave your hockey pucks outside then meet your friends down at the rink in the morning. Hit the pipe on the goal and sometimes the puck will shatter.

That wind/breeze is what gets you on a day cold enough to snow. It cuts right through you.
