Already use it, and it is fantastic. .parallel and .series are awesome, and gulp-sourcemaps has also been integrated into core. Big up to Blaine Bublitz and company for all their hard work.

Not sure I understood the message here. Are you suggest migrating to gulp 4 just to have a different syntax for something that's easily solvable in gulp 3 with run-sequence?

Personally I'm done with Gulp. npm scripts + webpack + TypeScript is my current killer combo.

oh god, this scrips are very ugly, you guys are just used to it. Even a bash scripts looks better.
