Only thing i noticed was that browser_sync needed to be initialized before watch_files so the code should be:

gulp.task('watch', gulp.series(browser_sync, watch_files));

I have been following this tut but my watch is working.. I need to re-run the server to see the css changes (I see that css is changing but it's not applied my webpage until I restart the server). What could I do wrong? (I am using Django)
