The truth about Islam in Africa

A common misconception is that Islam is relatively new in Africa, however, if we take a closer look, we can see that Africans are amongst the first non-Arabs to embrace Islam.

It is a sad tragedy that people think that people from Africa are new converts or they don't know Islam. In reality, the Prophet Muhammad (SAWS) sent his companions to Africa before sending them anywhere else.
