I can see some of you have missed the point of this concept. He allows his son to CREATE a new word to be able to express his frustration WITHOUT hurting someone else's feelings AND without saying an actual bad word. It is all said in the video the meaning is "you are frustrated me" nothing bad.
Example: you hurt yourself and by mechanism you say "F*ck!" and then get punished because you just said "f*ck" when your intention was just to get the pain verbally out. To avoid this, you make up a word that you can say instead, to make sure you don't get punished for expressing your frustration and pain.

“Your son says ‘I love you’ when he’s frustrated?”
“Can you prove otherwise?”

American Southerners have a similar phrase "Bless your heart" while on the surface, it's sounds a nice thing, the subtext is "you're an idiot/jerk/ass"

Hit em with that “ can you prove otherwise?” And it’s over

I actually love the idea of saying "I love you" when you are feeling frustrated.

As a mom to a toddler, I often find myself frustrated with a situation (not his fault, he can't help anything, he's only 2!). By saying I love you, out loud, it's like taking a deep breath, calming down, reminding myself that there's a more powerful and more helpful feeling out there - love, rather than frustration. I feel like it would also work for interactions with my father, who has Alzheimer's disease.

I know it wasn't the point of your video, but it's a beautiful point anyway ❤️

“Can you prove otherwise”
“No”
“Bye”

This is how almost every human interaction should play out.

For anyone confuse like I was at first it actually does mean I love you, but you say it when you’re frustrated instead of a bad word, which makes this video all the more hilarious

My daughter is Comanche and we taught her to cuss in her native tongue. That way she can express herself without repercussions

I love this! Being from a multi ethnic background, and a family that speaks multiple languages growing up when I was in school and kids would tease me and such I would say things in a language that they didn’t understand and they thought I was cussing them out yet when my parents were called in, and I repeated what I said, it wasn’t things that got me in trouble because they were not swearwords so I completely support this parent for having words in another language for their child to use to let their frustration out

Bro this guy not only is on point with what he’s saying about his son expressing a phrase about something frustrating him but on top of that he’s got some drippy outfits
