There are no boundaries. The guy compares it to cigarettes, and he conveniently leave out the fact that you can't smoke in places like parks and in the subway. The stench is a public nuisance, too. And people acting like there's no downside to all this are deluded; people are capable of abusing almost anything.

It's not the marijuana that's the problem. It's the amount of heavy regulation imposed on marijuana. There needs to be less regulation not more.

The better question would be does the u.s. have a marijuana problem, and the answer is Yes! Marijuana is a drug it always has been drugs. It makes people high. People act and look like a zombie smoking that stuff.
