I love how well you understand her character
Most people think Nezuko is nothing but a simple, cute kid but she's so much more

She's one big bundle of representation for mental health struggles and the love and support one needs to overcome them

She literally becomes a demon after a traumatic event
It makes her have new destructive impulses, prone to lashing out and having to use her willpower to stop it, aware that she's not the same as she once was but unable to pinpoint exactly why, fighting for reasons she's not totally sure of but doing it because she loves Tanjiro, and you can even count sleeping all the time. Like come on guys, she slept for two entire years agree becoming a demon.
And despite all that retaining all of the kindness and compassion and just care she had for people from before the attack.

If she's not the biggest allegory for depression and other mental health trouble I've ever seen 😭

but what i love even more is her story of recovery. Tanjiro was incredibly patient and supportive and loving toward her even when she lost control. Other people didn't quite understand her at first and only saw her for the demon she is now, but through her own hard work and dedication and the help of Tanjiro people understood and were actively rooting for and helping her recovery.

Despite her popularity i think she's incredibly overlooked for what actually makes her a great character.

So I guess to end this, ty for making a song that represents her and mental health so well.

This may be inspired by Nezuko, but this might be the single best summary of depression I've ever heard. So many of the lines are just directly relatable to it. Lacking the motivation to produce change in ones own life, feeling there's nothing you can do, etc.
