This song kind of expresses that the battle is over, but sorrow still hangs in the air. However, when Tanjiro saw Nezuko alive, the atmosphere of the song really changed. This brought tears to my eyes the first time I heard this.

Seeing Tanjiro crying over Nezuko talking and walking to him safe and sound was the best part of that finale. It was so good to see Tanjiro smiling with tears of joy after a long and arduous battle against one of the Twelve Kizuki.
