The famous Japanese proverb gives the exact definition of resilience, ‘Nana Korobi Ya Oki’. It means, fall seven times and stand up eight. This entire world is comprised of different communities and peoples of various ethnicities who have emotions, which comes out when times are hard and also when the clock gives a moment to rejoice. Rise and fall are part of life, but the latter sometimes breaks the person from upside down, and the pain caused by this is unbearable.
Everyone in their life experiences, good and bad moments, which could be due to many reasons, it could be from their financial conditions or situations which arises in their personal matters. Now, the most important point is, how to manage and show resilience in the tough time? This answer is not an easy one as the one who goes through understands it in a better way. But we can at least take lessons from many people and countries who have gone through tough times and instead of blaming on to one another, they stood up after many calamities and financial issues and rebuild their conditions with more perfection and started living their happy life back.

Pls just hear me out. How the f#$k do you stand up 8 times if you have only fallen 7 times?!
fall, stand, fall, stand, fall, stand, fall, stand, fall, stand, fall, stand, fall, stand, STAND??!?
So I should stand up twice in the end? This is so stupid. Fall 7 times and stand up 7 times. Much better.
