I would agree with this video. I am not particularly a huge fan of agility ladders myself either. I would prefer doing plyometrics combined with cardio as a better means of increasing overall sprint speed and performance. I like how he talked of and included change of direction plyometrics as well. Those definitely have a huge carryover to sports such as football, track, and many other sports. Nice video and ideas included
