I can do about 8 dips, and when i got my rings i tried it and barely completed 2 dips😂. Its crazy how much harder exercises are on rings

One nice thing is that you smoke yourself on the way up, then you still have to go down. It's like a dropset where you go to fatigue on the positive (weaker) movement, then continue with the negative (stronger) movement.

Climbing is great but I prefer doing it on a metal pole, I don't know about you guys but rope burns my hands.

I can climb a rope about halfway no stops using my legs but i cant do a pull up or push up😂

Great exercise but let's be honest here guys, most forms of curls are better and more effective for the biceps growth than this😂
