I work at a fast food and the reason it’s not ready when y’all pull up is because we’re not supposed to make it till y’all get to the fast food place otherwise it’ll be cold and we get the complaint

Depends on your area. Whenever i did doordash i was easily making $20+ an hour but the tips were ass

When i dashed for over 6 months i came to an average of $20 an hour. What many dont concider is the wear and tear on your car AND gas. This job is not a good long term job but can be good in a pinch.

Yep, you are very right and that’s the reason why I stopped doing it. I recently just bought a newer vehicle. I had a brand new vehicle when I did it full-time and I put 50, 000 miles in two years. It’s absolutely horrible. Sad to say the car started having some problems. so I traded it in and got a 2016 Toyota Camry. I’ve had that car for about a month and I’ve put almost 4000 miles on it. That is absolutely insane. I will not be doing this anymore. I finally landed a W-2 job $20 an hour and will be busting my ass for that instead this way I can drive an hour to work. Let my car rest for 8 to 9 hours a day drive back home and put way less miles on my vehicle. This is not even worth part time anymore.

Bay Area in 2019-21. Made $30-40/hour for about 4 hours a day. Gas didn't eat out of my earnings. Stopped when gas surpassed $4.00.
