I needed this video today!! I felt like I wasn’t going anywhere with my arm and shoulder gains and this is why!! I’m too scared to up the weight because I have drilled into my mind that my arms are weak and if I up the weight I’ll hurt myself. SCREW THAT! Consistency does not equal greatness! I've been going to the gym consistency for years now, yet I do not feel like I have been progressing much. I am getting too comfortable....need to push myself some more. Thanks Krissy! <3

Love your videos girly. It’s so refreshing to see someone on here being genuine and transparent. Being able to look back and admit you never always knew it all. I just wanted to say that you are an amazing lady, I have followed you for such a long time (I don't really ever comment on things but felt it needed saying) and you have come so far, you must be so so proud of yourself, your an inspirational person. Your videos are just so informative and helpful and easy to watch.
