RIP LUXURY V8! 2023 Chrysler 300C SRT 6.4 Hemi Review

2023 Chrysler 300C review by The Straight Pipes. The Chrysler 300C is putting down 485 horsepower and 475 lb-ft of torque from a 6.4L V8 SRT HEMI. At $72,995 CAD, would you take it over the Dodge Charger, Dodge Charger Scat Pack, Dodge Charger Widebody, Dodge Charger Scat Pack Widebody, Dodge Charger SRT Scat Pack Widebody, or 5 used Chrysler 300 SRT8's?

I cancelled my '23 scatpack widebody order when I went to a dealership with a friend to pick up his hellcat and they had this 300c on the lot for sale. The guy who had ordered it backed out and they were offering MSRP no markup. Everything said in this video has matched my experience perfectly, especially how this vehicle CAN NOT make sharp turns on a damp street at all. But you can't help but fall in love with it. I got it in July and already have 7k miles on it. Driving it is just a pleasure and joy.

I’m sorry, but I was in tears watching that priceless moment of Yuri looking back and forth at his buddy in utter confliction and confusion when he is asking Jacob if he likes the car and him saying that he loves his car as it’s sliding around and he can’t tell if it’s fast or not because of all the slippage

Yuri is so right about the amount of tech in cars. It may sound ridiculous compared to real older cars but when you compare to modern even dailies. Some seat adjustment, heated seat and steering wheel, gauges with most important info and thicc analog speedo and tachometers. Ok some bluetooth is nice too but i wouldnt mind CD player for some rare occasions

This car is the definition of the numbers don’t matter, big V8, nice ride, great cruiser, I love these old boats, they’re not trying to be anything other than a big old cruiser

I own one of these in Bright White. Absolutely ridiculous fun car. You did a little bit of comparison to the Charger Scat Pack (which has the same engine/trans), but there are a few additional things that the 300C has that you can't even get on the Charger Scat Pack. 300C has the full Laguna Leather seats, Scat Pack only comes in Nappa Leather/Alcantara as the top option. The 300C also has a full panoramic sunroof, not available on the 300C. And the final thing, equipping a Charger Scat Pack as close as you can to the 300C is a sticker price of $64K, $7K MORE than what the 300C stickers for.

Some dealers who have the cars on the lot are asking a few grand over sticker, but I got mine for right at sticker price as have a bunch of the owners.

Love the Chrysler 300, I got my S model with the 5.7 Hemi V8.112, 000 miles and it still rides like a dream.

Everyone loves shitting on the Chrysler 300, while in the same breath lamenting how affordable V8 RWD sedans are impossible to find 🤦

Goodbye to the 300! Heck of a way to go out with some beautiful hemi action :) have always loved that exhaust sound

You guys are crazy brave giving that thing any throttle through cliche corner. Looking at your faces as that thing goes sideways is pure comedy 😂

I have a 2012 Chrysler 300C, but with the 5.7 hemi and AWD. The older ones also have the heated and cooled cupholders, which was the main selling point for me tbh.

I've actually taken mine to autocross and winter (snow) ax events where it actually performed pretty decent. I would love to have this sleeper of a car but I'd have to pay more than twice what my current 300C cost lol.

Great send off though, love to see it!

Cmon guys. I LOVED the PT Cruiser when it came out in 2001. LOL. I still drive a 2016 300s and apart from the engine, there’s not much change to it. Thanks for the review !!!

There was a gen 2 srt Chrysler 300 that was not the one pictured in this video. It had roughly the same body style as this 300c

I so wish they made this with the 2015 facelift. A buddy of mine had a 2007 300 SRT8 and I really wanted the brute-in-a-suit combination. Eventually landed in a Charger Daytona 392, and loved it, but would have also liked the subtly of a 300 with the same power.

Feels like Deja Vu as I was just watching Breaking Bad re-runs and went back to the scene with the 300C pulling up in the driveway lol
