Good and informant video! Just wanted you to know that ”kanelbullar” means cinnamon buns, not cardamom buns. That would be kardemummabullar! So the title is a bit confusing haha!

This is one way of making them, plenty of other forms. My grandmother's buns looked completely different.

Hi, I love the recipe and the particular shape of this kanelbullar. Just that I am having a hard time shaping because the cinnamon sugar is too runny and it makes the dough soggy before the shape could come together. Do you happen to have the experience of coming across that same issue?

It says in the heading ! Kanelbullar and then cardemom buns 😂. Actually kanel means cinnamon and not cardemom. And that isn’t the way we shape them here in sweden. Only seen this in american videos 😂
